MFC does not even deserve the one star... useless company

Good day MFC does not respond to their customers, documents sent to the customer care e-mail addres. a i10 was financed through MFC, the owner passed away and the executor of the estate is now paying for the vehicle that should of been settled with the cover, this has not been done. When the executor contacts the call centre they need to speak to the deceased???? Kindly can someone that knows what to do get in contact with the executor. Regards
