MFC - Division of Nedbank - Horrible Service

Absolute horrible service. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to sort out my account. A few months ago, I also had to sort out making payment all by myself as no one bothered to assist me via email on phone to set up a new debit order. Communication levels are pathetic. They advise that someone will get back to you within 3-5 working days, that is non-existent, I am still waiting..............
