MFC - Disgusting poor service

My girlfriend went under Dept review last month, the dept review agency has sent multiple emails (first one was on the 10th of June) last month to MFC regarding this process and stopping the debit order. But it seems that they are incapable of reading emails and actioning requests accordingly.

There has been 2 collection attempts on her bank account(which she pays money for when the collection attempt fails) and now they are sending us demand of payment notices.

I am disgusted with the service and lack of communication within their business.

I DO NOT recommend financing anything through them as you are just going to be sitting with weeks of admin and back and forth communication with a company that does not want to help their customers.

1 star is to high of a rating for their poor service.
