MFC disappoints!

I have been having the worst exit experience from MFC. I have bought three vehicles over the last 10 years from MFC. I have settled all three in advance of the period financed. I should therefore be a VIP customer...but it seems I am a number and not even that. I now settled another vehicle due to it being written off. The account was settled promptly yet it seems it will take ages for them to refund me the extra funds that was paid over which is due to me. And the emails I send to the *** mean nothing because the responses from their teams are not supportive, sometimes vague and almost never in aid of the customer. So now I have to wait 10 days...they have been paid, the account has been closed. what can take sooo long to refund me what is due to me. I am not sure I will use MFC again.
