MFC did me dirty

I have been short paying my vehicle and my car then got into 14K arrears. Section 129 was sent on the 17th of April and it stated 10days payment before further steps. I called them and sent an emailed to get assistance but no luck as they didn't reply. To my surprise the letter said 10days but car was collected on the 4th day and was told some1 will contact me but I had then contacted them myself. Why was my car taken before 10 days as stated and why should I pay double the amount now. I told the guys on that Thursday when he collected that I'll paying on Saturday but they took it anyway. Is Nedbank financing us out of making business when we struggle and when we try to call no1 help. Why should we be treated like this just because they know some of us are clueless with the process.
