MFC Denying Finance for absurd reasons

I am highly disgusted with MFC as I have done an application for vehicle finance with Renault Wonderboom and they have tried everything in their power to get all my documents submitted, But each time MFC says they now need this or that document, Yesterday the FNI at Renault phones me and says that MFC is refusing to help due to my payslips not having a UIF/PAYE ECT. on it, Even after my company director submitted a letter to them stating that he is still in the process of getting all that registered and sorted out due to the fact we are still a new company, When I tried to phone them this morning I held on for an hour or more where no one answered my call and cost me over R400 in airtime which is absurd My employer bought a ford van which is almost more than half a million which he also financed via MFC and they did not complain regarding the UIF and such on his payslips saying pending, I have no idea what the problem is and no one can answer my questions on this matter, so I would urge anyone to stay away from a company like this who just wants to say no and does not want to help in any which way.
