MFC delaying credit bureau update after car finance full payment!

I paid off my car in July 2024, but MFC still hasn’t cleared my name on the credit bureau. It still shows an amount of R2,194 as outstanding.

I started following up in September 2024, and until today, nothing has been fixed. This delay is now affecting my credit score. I’m tired of chasing them — it’s their responsibility to update the bureaus and clear my name.
