MFC deducts from my account without authority

The incorrect amount has been deducted from my account for 2 consecutive months. I did not agree to an increased installment and MFC had absolutely no authority to do so. I am highly irate of the ignorance of the consultants I dealt with when I called MFC when trying to correct my debit order amount. It has since not been corrected and another incorrect deduction has occurred. I will absolutely call the call center tomorrow to try and resolve this however I do not have much confidence in an easy resolution hence my review of MFC on this platform. The most annoying thing is that I take the time to rate the consultants after the calls and provided them with good customer service ratings. I trust that some one from MFC will provide detail as to my installment Vimeo game correctly updated.
