MFC deduct car payment before salary date

MFC deducted way before my salary date.

27 Feb 2025 the debit order went off on the exact date. Now my debit order went off on the 20th of March 2025 I received an sms they said they never got my opt out reply which I have a screenshot of. My account is currently sitting in a minus which is reflecting bad on my record.

I contacted MFC and Zinhle said if there was not enough money it will bounce back. As well as my bank Standard Bank said the same thing but I would be penalised of R130

This is just disgusting all my car payments has come off on the exact debit date the 27 of each month. I want this money reversed and the charges of R130 paid for immediately
