MFC debitted twice
My account was debitted twice in one month. Followed their protocol and they said money would be paid back with in 7-10 working days. Today was the 10th day, phoned to follow up and today they came with the excuse they need my bank statement, then I need to wait another 7-10 working days. This is what you get for trying to do things the right way and not reverse the payment in the 1st place.
