MFC DEBITING MY ACCOUNT BEFORE AND NOT ON AGREEMENT DATE WHICH AFFECTS MY CREDIT SCORE
Please note that I am not happy with MFC not binding to their agreement regarding debit orders. Our agreement is that my account will be debited on 30th of each month. Why was I debited 24th February, This has been a problem for the past few months.
As a consumer I am very angry as this affects my credit score and extra bank charges,
I would like to know how this will be resolved and how will I be compensated for all unnecessary bank charges for the past few months. I have been a client of MFC for many years Moving forward , I will no longer would want to be a client of MFC

Who gives Nedbank authority to do this to me? You are messing up my credit score . Utterly disgusted. This will be a time to remember to NEVER deal with Nedbank ever.
