MFC debiting accounts on a wrong date

MFC debited my account today while my debit order date is the 25th. They sent me an SMS on Friday saying they will debit my account on today on 22 November, I opted out of that nonsense, I even called them to comfirm. Now they telling me to send them a my bank statement so that they can confirm that I paid them. Also got horrible service from their agent.
