MFC debited on wrong date to cost me R200 charges from bank for insufficient amount

I'm so disappointed with MFC they sent an sms that they will debit the money on the 20 December 2023, and i have responded to them they must debit on the 27 December 2023 even called their offices, i'm surprised to see a notification from my bank that they tried to debit on the 23 December and found insufficient amount, now i was charged R200.00 for that debit order which didnt go through. I need MFC to refund my R200. 00 because that was not our initial agreement. I cant be liable for those charges. I responded to them on the 08 December.
