MFC - Debit deducted after settlement

<p>MFC debited my account after my insurance company settled the account. I called them to inform them and they tolld me to submit the agreement of loss/settlemnet letter from my insurance company and then MFC will reimburse my funds after 10 days. I fowatded the letter on the 29th May 2017, I called on the 15th June 2017was put on hold until I dropped the call. I sent an email the same day 15th June 2017, till this day dololo.No feedback , no communcation, no explanation . Terrible services even for me to actually get assitance or direction on the first call was a mission.</p>
