MFC debit date changes without consent!!

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the unauthorized change to my debit order date. I did not receive any prior confirmation or notification from MFC regarding this change, and I was not given the opportunity to approve or decline it.

Furthermore, when I attempted to contact MFC to inquire about this issue, I was unable to reach anyone as none of the provided phone numbers were connecting. Despite my efforts, I was unable to get in touch with a representative to address my concerns.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I would also like to request that my debit order date be reverted to its original date, and that I receive confirmation of any future changes to my account.
