MFC - ****************

For the past month and a half my dad has been going back and forth with the very unprofessional consultants at MFC regarding lowering his monthly payment. He asked for the recording of conversation related to the contract signed, its been over a week and we're still waiting!

He signed a contract to pay R5120,42 monthly amount for 72months to pay off R370182,24. Now he's paying R6100? Now MFC wants him to R6200.07 for 72 months which makes total payment approximately R453533,07!?

I hope someone can quickly look into this because it is comes unacceptable especially how he keeps receding the same emails from consultants that offer no help!

This is ****************! It is unacceptable.

This is so frustrating because clearly MFC wants to deduct yet the same amount which my dad can't afford before they do anything!
