MFC customer service is non existent
It's been well over a year since I've settled my vehicle finance with MFC and even though I've contacted them several times I still haven't received my paperwork for the vehicle I purchased. Nobody bothers to get in contact with me after I've attempted to contact them either. This is a disgraceful way to treat a client who has honoured his contract with you!
