MFC Credit short fall disaster

There's nothing Traumatizing than having to deal with MFC claims department, after the insurance settled their part getting hold of MFC is an impossible mission its been two weeks now since my insurance paid and MFC still delaying with the shortfall cover claim no one picks up the phone when the calls gets transferred to the claim department and now am sitting with shortfall and it cant be paid because the claim department has to register a claim and no one seems to care
