Good morning i would like to share my concerns about Mfc, Last year November I wrote an email to mfc informing them about the problem I'm experiencing with audi polokwane that I took my car there,for antifreeze leakage,then the car was drivable just i couldn't drive it to there because from were im staying to the dealership is about 95km so I opted to call a breakdown to come and load my car.therefore the breakdown came i reversed my car and loaded it to the breakdown,when it arrived at the dealership they called me and ask for the authorization for diagnostic test i gave them go ahead and they informed me to pay R2400 of which I did, after that they told me is water pump it can cost me with the labor around R30000 i then negotiated with them to give discount we sattled at R28400 of which i paid it.So i didn't know that the car has a warranty plan as i didn't have the warranty policy with me because it was not emailed to me or being informed about by mfc when they took when i purchased the car through them . then they responded to my email that they cannot helped me as the matter i have already escalated to the National consumer commission.they couldn't even check that they took a warranty cover for the car, so I found that to ********* and it shows to me that they don't respect their customers. Remember im still paying for the car and not using it but that didn't concern them.now im suffering without transportation to work while I'm paying the car that I don't use for almost 2years. I found that to be unfair to me as a customer.
