MFC COMPLIANTS UNIT IS USELESS

The complaints unit for MFC is useless especially people employed there, I resolved my own issue with the dealer after asking for their interventions. This person sat on his hands and only calls me two weeks after.

Its pure incompetence they have no clue what they are doing, what matters to them is the money that comes from customers.
