Compliance issue – Failure to comply to own processes

MFC did not follow the process in dealing my car issue. Car was just taken away from me without understanding my problems and without any warning

Only today 24 August 2022 MFC issue me with a letter of demand 2 months after the car was taken away from me. Please bring my car back and re-instate my Financing so that i can go on and Pay it.

This is damaging my Credit report. This is affecting my livelihood I can not deal with this stress

I have made numerus attempts to resolve this with MFC with no success

As a customer I am suffering because MFC Failed to comply to their own processes and Car finance rules and regulations
