MFC COMPLAINTS

Id like to start by say that MFC has made my life a living hell. Firstly I've spoken to multiple people that cannot assist me in my question I ask also them just adding policy's to my account that I have not agreed to then when my monthly installment go off which is R2534. 66 this month I get charged R4160. 29 and I QUESTION MFC to why my premium is so high the one lady told me that is because of the repo rate and then she says to me if I can't pay that I must surrender my car! Then I contact MFC and ask them why it's so high they can't get me the correct information I told them to cancel all my policy with them I get a call today saying I'm in arreas and I need to pay I told them what happen and that I canceled my policy it showed on the system that I canceled my policy and the lady told me that Im still liable to pay the outstanding balance I asked her how can I be liable for something that I did not agree to and no one told me that my installments would be so high else I would of told them to go shove it MFC RIPS PEOPLE OF AND TAKES THIER CUSTOMERS FOR ****S I'VE HAD MFC CALLING ME TO EXTEND MY SERVICE WARRANTY FROM 165000 TO 185000 NOT KNOWING THAT I WAS NOT COVERED FOR MY 150000 SERVICE WHY NOT LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT THEY NOT COVERED BEFORE ASKING TO EXTEND WARRANTYS ID LIKE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING AND CAN ASSIST ME WITH MY ISSUE AND GIVE ME THE PROPER INFORMATION THAT I WANT BECAUSE I WILL NOW BE LAIBLE FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T AGREE TO MFC YOU ARE *****ING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS!!
