MFC complaint division is the worst, compliant go unresolved for close to am month.

MFC complaints division is the most uncaring and insensitive division of Nedbank. They captured my instalment incorrectly with the credit bureaus. They admitted that they made a mistake and will correct it. Over 3 weeks later, my ITC is still not updated and they are not willing to help. Mapaseka Ngakane and Nomvula Tshabalala, her manager, have not been willing to help. They don't pick up calls and on email, they don't assist. Do not finance your vehicle with MFC. You will regret it. The service is poor and they do not care about customer service. I am even tired of following up.
