Mfc complaint

Good day my name is Derick govender my vehicle has been financed through mfc/nedbank from 2018 and due to me been unemployed and not able to pay a full installment towards my vehicle since January 2021 I have requested to restructure my installment as I cannot afford the full payment however I have not been considered. The person assisting at mfc Samantha bachu refuses to speak to me and requested the collector to communicate with me. I think this is unprofessional and the pandemic has not been considered.
