MFC complain

Dear sir/madam I have a complain about a call I made at MFC where I was requesting them to not debit my car installment for this month the 28th of June 2024, because I won't be able to pay this month as I have financial obligations like school fees that I need to pay and other expenses. I was kindly asking them to assist me as I do not want to skip any payments without them knowing.
