MFC Collections Agent Bullying 24/7

I was out of employment for about 5 months. Since being employed i've tried to make arrangements to repay outstanding amount,particularly since i am only left with about 14 months to settle my car.

an agency of MFC is harrasing me and unwilling to cooperate or find a solution. I am being called 1000 times a day and this is impacting my new job negatively. I am now able to make regular payments if only MFC would be accomodating.
