MFC Claims

I have been trying to contact MFC claims for more than two weeks, my car was written off and I informed them. My comprehensive insurer drew up a settlement and there is a shortfall, I have shortfall cover with a different provider and they asked me to tell MFC to request the shortfall from them. They even sent emails to MFC themselves, it has been two weeks, we have not heard anything. Whenever I call my call is diverting to a Rosie who does not pick up, I have also called Ntombifuthi, Rosie's line manager. She too is not picking up. I was looking to buy another car, sadly I will not be doing any business with MFC ever.
