Mfc care Nedbank don't care about me!

I've been struggling with Mfc Nedbank for 2 years now ,I contacted them as Nd informed them about my income getting less I'm receiving pension,and are unemployed ,I've filled in the documentation regarding the matter and are harrased daily with phonecalls ,and then suddenly no phonecalls but an email about repossession of my vehicle! complaints are not escalated ,assistance have not been received .this is so unfair ,why is there a mfc care ?or customer service !I know I owe them money but seriously I've explained numerously,I've lost patience over the phone repeating the matter and not being helped .
