Mfc care ...dont care

Hi have made arrangement with mc I lost my mom and did not pay Nov instalment. I was then told to pay the amount of 850 Which i did They still double debited my account 19th Dec Leaving me without food or petrol for christmas it was despicable. Im stopping the debit order...and see how they then squiirm
