MFC- CAR PAPERS

My Vehicle was paid up about 5 years ago. Since then i have been trying to get the papers for my car. I have called countless times, been transferred to hundreds of different consultants. STILL NO HELP.

What more do I need to do other than spending 5 hours on the phone everyday. This is extremely frustrating that no one is able to assist and take ownership.

MR PHILANI NDABA is the manager and has failed to call me back or answer his phone, Dumasani is also not avilable to assist...MZWANDILE MASONDO cut the call on me while i was speaking and does not help.

WHAT IS GOING ON THERE?????????????????????????????????????
