MFC car finance

I cant believe after sending numerous emails MFC is still not replying or keeping me in the loop. Never ever again will I recommed or sugest their service for car finance... this is the most stressfull experience ever. This is an on going struggle since last month and i have been waiting more than a month to cancel 'uplift' the whole deal. I want to uplift the deal with we buy cars for the following reasons.

Within one week of owning the car the car started to give me problems. I do not want another car from we buy cars. I do not want to deal with we buy cars anymore I lost my trust in the company the whole experience was so exhausting and stressful I rather want to cancel the deal. ref nr ***

MFC is so stressful and you dont care about your customers because you dont reply on the emails i have send to ask whats going on. I have such bad service from this place and you are deducting money from me since this is not cancelled you still deducting the money from my account. You treat me unfair and this is in December. I cant go an look for another car at another dealership beacause this is not finalised yet. I must now suffer because I must now follow up the whole time and do your work for you. I must suffer bacause I dont have a car and you take the money from me and I have nothing to show for it. Your treatment is unfair. On Friday via a facebook chat for MFC I asked there what is happening and got a reply it will be done today and my refund will be handled what a lie its Tuesday already. And as of today still no relpy on my emails the most stressful experience and I still cant go and find another car for me while Im on holiday. My credit score will be affected and its not even my fault.
