Mfc can cause you to fall into depression
I am currently on debt review with a company called my debt hero based in the western cape. I had a tough month and made arrangements that my account would be up to date by the 1st week of August as I was still awaiting money. On the 27. 07. 2022, I paid 5000 into DC partners account and on the 02. 08.2022, I paid 9000 Rands into DC PARTNERS account. I sent customer care debt review proof of payment thereof. Now today 09.08.2022, I receive letter from mfc telling me that they are going to terminate my agreement because I owe 9150 Rands. Mind you, I have already paid 14000 rand into theDC Partners account and expect them to liaise the matter with mfc as I cannot be in contact with them. When making the payment arrangements, my debt review counselors assured me that all was okay. I paid the last amount of money that was due 3800 rand as my bank capitec was offline and I couldn't access my funds. I am so unhappy as I asked to be given a chance to update my account, which I followed through on and now mfc wants to terminate the agreement? I have worked so hard to come up with money and make sure that an unforseen accurance that befell me doesn't happen again. Yet it feels like mfc is not open to any agreement. I ended up sharing proof of payments with mfc to show them that I have made payments to my debt review counselors. I don't know who's not communicating with who here but I am not happy because the money is there and I made arrangements with my debt counselor to communicate with mfc. This is just terrible. Mfc can really be the end of a person. If I die of stress, then they are cause of it. I can't afford to be at a normal installment. I paid them every cent. How is it my fault that my debt counselor didn't communicate or make payment to them??
