MFC Call centre easily make *****ulent transactions

So silly Thing..

MFC can with a press of a button ***** your money, The call centre agents has authority to debit your account as pleased but can't reverse a *****ulent transaction, therefore I will now open a theft case against the call centre agent.

It has been 3days No one can help by giving the money back I can't withdraw any money from my account, all transactions are pending.
