MFC Call centre

*********** staff. All I need is a representative from MFC to contact the Hyundai Alberton sales manager to send them an offer to purchase on my car but it seems to be impossible. I've spent an hour on the phone this morning alone and they've hung up on me twice. No one seems to know what they are doing, I've spoken to Mitchell who kept me on the phone for 33 minutes and hung up as soon as I asked to speak to the manager. I called again and spoke to Noluthando who claims there's no dealer registered as Hyundai Alberton or Multifranchise. I gave her the managers cell phone number and she claims she can't get through to him yet every time I call him he answers. I told her to ask Mitchell how she got hold of the dealer relations manager if the dealer is not listed as a reputable dealer on their system and she kept me on hold for some time and eventually hung up. I thought she'd call me back but it's been 30 minutes and still nothing!
