MFC Bully tactics

There is this guy by the name of Karabo, he works for MFC in Pretoria. He sent me an SMS on Saturday regarding arrears on my car. I skipped 2 months (March and April) and the guy threatened to repossess my car whereas I paid on May. It goes to show how some bank officials lack the basic knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively. What i know is that the bank cannot repossess my car while I am still paying for it. Hence I responded to him by saying that we have to go to the Banking Ombudsman regarding the issue. As a result, he did not come to my place today (Monday) as he threatened to come in the morning to repossess my car if I don't pay the 2 months arrears cash. Why can't he add 2 months on my payment term instead of doing a double debit on my account? Is it a legal practice to recover multiple installments with a once off debit?
