MFC bul**** us

My partner made an arrangement for payment with MFC beginning of December for the 20th of December, and we honoured the arrangement as per the arrangement. But to our suprise the car was repossessed that very same day, when we called the guy we made an arrangement with he ignored our calls. The guys who were sent to come repossess the car was Musa and Tebogo, and Musa confirmed that the guy we made an arrangement with is the one who said the car must be fetched. Musa told us we can negotiate the release amount from the pound, which at the time was R13 000, but in days from there we couldn't get help from MFC. Till we received a call from a lady named Thembi and she told us that the car is now R26 000, and its non negotiable. Either we pay that money to get our car back or it's going to be auctioned, why is MFC so secretive about their fees. What Musa told us when he fetched the car and what Thembi told us are 2 different stories from 1 company. And we have been trying to get the recording with the guy we made an arrangement with, who happens to be the very same guy who ordered our car be repossessed but we are not getting any help from MFC.
