MFC breach of contract - change in debit order date without written agreement

During February I had a call with MFC due to not receiving statements. While I had the customer representative on the call, Christopher, confirmed my payment date is still for the last day of the month.

On the 24th of February my bank account was debited. As per our agreement the debit order was set for the last day of the month since I only get paid at the earliest the 29th. Due to MFC's breach of contract I have incurred extra banking costs. This excludes the extra interest also charged by MFC since they debited my account earlier.

I expect a call from you to rectify this issue. Or I'll have to submit this complaint with the ombudsman.
