Mfc big *******

Extremely disappointed with Mfc. They play delay tactics and change their mind regarding processing claims. My partner was in an accident with her car. There were numerous communications between insurance and Mfc, although monthly repayments were made on time they still said that they didn't receive certain payments. Proof of payment was sent and they said they are assessing the application. Now they are changing stating that the replacement car was supposed to be completed within a month while it was them who delayed the process. All this is not clearly explained upfront while they continue debuting monthly installments and all this monies go straight to their pockets. Mfc is a big massive *******. They will do everything not to cover you while the collect money monthly from u without failure.
