Mfc bank not taking their clients serious

I bought an Audi Q5 that was financed by mfc bank, since day one I have been struggling with the car.I complained to the bank and I logged a call with mfc complaint department after a month my case was closed without me getting any help not even an update, I just got the message saying your case has been resolved and closed, since July until today 18 September I still don't have a car. Anorld motors in klerksdorp ,that's the dealership I bought the car from they keep giving me promises that they are fixing my car and I will get it before the end of week and they are even refusing to give me an alternative vehicle to use in the meantime. I believe that the bank should have interfered as this car is basically owned by the bank until I finish my installments. Where is the fairness in there,I am paying close to R6000 per month for the car I dont have and used for only six months
