MFC Bad service

Good day,

I Kemtan Snyders Director of AFK CONSTRUCTION would like to process a complaint as I’ve been requesting for my vehicles that is financed through MFC to be on a fixed rate I’ve sent the ITC form a few times and every time I do a follow up nothing has been done the service I'm receiving from MFC is ridicules I’m not have happy with this service every three months my vehicles is going up and still nothing has been done
