MFC Bad service

I am looking for my vehicle documentation from October 2025. There is always excuses why they can not send me the documents. They can't find my address because the street name is not in the place where they think I am living. When explained that's a farm and not in a town they promised to send it to Nedbank and after calling them about the delivery they carry on with they can not find the street address. By sending them a mail with the information and another request they keep on reject the request because of the email address is not the same as the email address that they have. Try to explain to them that vodacom sometimes use your cellphone number instead of your email name is very difficult. This morning I called twice and now they created a new application for my papers and on both the calls my adres is wrong. I really don't know what to do to get the documents.
