MFC BAD SERVICE

I was short paid on my account. Now I want to settle the amount. I am currently out of country. What a useless money app on Nedbank. Dont have MFC. the only way you can get hold of MFC is by phone call. Which I cant make. Good luck at trying to sent an email. So if there is someone at MFC, with commensense. Please send an EMAIL, so I can settle the outstanding amount.
