Mfc bad service

Good day I'm very disappointed at the service at mfc my husband is getting paid forthnights . With that our car payment is debit every end month last month mfc debit on the 23th the car payment left us with no money I phoned send emails was just a waste of time than at the end of May 2024 they try to deduct another payment. I phoned them and again send proof of bank statement still no solution to our problem. Because it's a debit check we can't reverse it when they take our money no we are worried cause my husband going to get paid on Friday what if they debit again its so frustrating cause you can't go in to nedbank to solve the problem cause mfc is only in joburg bad bad car finance place ever
