MFC BAD SERVICE

What terrible service from MFC, i have benn requesting my statement dor months but i dont get it. Worse part is when they eventually sent me a statement it wasnt mine. I emailed them and now its been weeks again of them not responding.

What happened to POPI.

Regina Mahlangu just ignores my emails, and when i call i cant seem to get any assistance
