MFC Auction complaint

I bought a car at the MFC Auction on the 4th of October 2017 and I started driving it on th 5th of November 2017 and on the 8th of December 2017 the engine of the car just died on me. When I bought a car on the Sale Description it never indicated that there was something wrong with the engine only indicated that the car had hail damage and a cracked windscreen. When I called them and explained everything they told me that its not they're problem they say when the car is purchased and leaves their premises is not they're problem so I told them if on their sale description there was a engine problem I would have not considered buying it and the car is the primary source of income now since the engine is dead I am unemployed and they also say that I signed a contract stating that "I take a car the way it is" and they say they gave me a copy which they are lying how can they auction cars without checking the engines thats what I asked them and they told me that they are not going to hire the mechanics to check all of the cars it simply tells me that they don't care about the well-being of the customers they only care about getting your money such utter selfish and poor service
