Mfc are bullies and don’t respect clients privacy

I recently got a visit from Mfc wanting to repossess my vehicle due to arrears without any valid court order. I made an arrangement with Mfc which I have been honoring so far so I don’t understand why the visit, and it’s not the first time. I’m now suspecting that these collection threats are a money making scheme because even if my payment is just 5 days late, the collection fee is added already. Secondly the contract between Myself and Mfc is a private and confidential documents but Mfc see it fit to let anyone they find at home about my finances which are private, even for the next door neighbor to know my finances. Mfc went as far as contacting me via WhatsApp which is not professional to me. Please stop being bullies and respect my privacy
