MFC and their lack of enthusiasm to assist customers

i purchased a vehicle that is financed thru MFC. The vehicle is faulty and i am in litigation with the dealership tendering return. Myself and my attorneys have approached MFC to assist in the matter as they are the owners of the vehicle and the product that they are financing is faulty and substandard and they refuse to assist in having the matter resolved. 3 times now we have been denied any input from their side in the matter and i feel it is unacceptable, as long as they are getting their monthly payments they are happy.
