MFC and Hammond Pole Attorneys Legal Bullying

MFC repossed my vehicle and auctioned it off for more than the purchase price. I had already paid 2 years installments on the vehicle yet they have now handed this matter over to about 20 attorneys already but Judith Swart from Hammond Pole Attorneys is unapproachable and wont listen to reason. She refuses to give me the contact details of someone at MFC who I can meet with to discuss this matter with as it does not make sense to me why I have to pay R189k finance charges on a vehicle purchase for R208k when it was sold after 2 years for R217 and the money recovered by MFC. Legal bullying is a terrible thing to be a victim of and the fact that MFC refuse to meet or discuss the way forward with me when I am trying to communicate, yet they just get attorneys to contact me and threaten me when I dont even own any assests. MFC is welcome to decalre me insolvent as I cannot pay them the R65k they still claim I owe them - why and how can this be legal and fair. When you are wanting to puchase a vehicle they will meet and contact you without hesitation yet when in financial distress and trying to do the right thing to resolve the issue - legal bullying seems to be MFC prefered way of communication!
