MFC and Direct independant brokers *****ulantly trying to extract funds

MFC is trying to add insurance onto my motor vehicle finance through Direct independant brokers saying i do not have comprehensive insurance, i have forwarded mfc proof of my insurance, yet Direct independant brokers are still threatening and trying to add there insurance amount , i will never support mfc again
