MFC ***** and bribery

On Wednesday 2 August 2023, in the presence of Captain Monaiwa, Warrant Officer Malatje and two other SAPS Captains, I requested that a case be opened against Nedbank (Ltd) for ***** and other ******** activities. Considerable evidence, in affidavit format, was provided to substantiate the request. Additional evidence was emailed to the Warrant Officer on the same date and he acknowledged receipt thereof on the following Monday - refer to the attached WhatsApp message On Wednesday 2 August 2023, in the presence of Captain Monaiwa, and Warrant Officer Malatje, SAPS Sandton, I laid *****, bribery and other ******** charges against MFC (a Division of Nedbank (Ltd) CEO escalation ***5) and the Ombudsman forBanking Services. Comprehensive evidence was provided to substantiate the charges. Nedbank subsequently bribed the SAPS to stop them from issuing a case number. Agrieved parties are invited to submit their defamation summons to my Attorney and post their court case numbers here. Alternately, the SAPS should post their case number here, and notify me of the number. Further action will follow if necessary.
